Welcome to 09bat. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between you and us regarding the use of the 09bat platform. Please read this document in full. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1 General Provisions

09bat is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slots games, and various other entertainment gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These Terms apply to the 09bat website and all associated services.

By using the 09bat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Definitions

2 Membership & Account

2.1 Creating an Account

To become a member at 09bat, you must complete registration by providing accurate and complete information. Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, contact number, address, and payment details provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of the site's terms, and 09bat reserves the right to immediately close the account in such cases.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and PIN code completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.

3 Age Verification

At registration, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. 09bat may request identity documents or other verification at any time. The account may be restricted or suspended until verification is complete.

If it is proven that a minor has been operating an account, all balances and winnings in that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at 09bat: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposited funds will be returned only via the same method used for the deposit, unless a different arrangement is necessary due to technical limitations.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled or delayed if account verification has not been completed or if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 09bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — this applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets — winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after this amount has been wagered.

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled. The expiry and other conditions of each bonus will be stated on the respective offer page.

5.3 General Conditions for Promotional Offers

• Each promotion can be claimed only once per account.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• 09bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonuses are for betting use only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If any attempt is made to fulfil a promotion's conditions fraudulently, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 09bat itself decides to void it due to a technical error or data feed issue on the platform. In the case of a technical error, the voided bet amount will be returned to the wallet.

6.2 Odds & Results

The odds displayed on 09bat are subject to change, and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final. If it is proven that incorrect information was displayed after a result is announced, 09bat reserves the right to correct or void the result of that bet.

6.3 Slots & Casino Games

All slots and live casino games available on 09bat are operated by third-party game providers. Games from various well-known providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, and PG Soft are available on 09bat. The outcomes of these games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09bat platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Applying artificial or fraudulent betting strategies to meet bonus requirements.
• Hacking, cracking, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Playing games using software bots, automated programs, or algorithms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other members.
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 09bat's Authority

09bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without reason — especially if fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or a security risk is identified on the account.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Before closing the account, ensure that any withdrawable balance (excluding bonuses) in your wallet has been withdrawn. It may not be possible to recover your balance after the account has been closed.

9 Responsible Gaming

09bat takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — never a cause of financial stress or emotional distress.

12 Changes to Terms

09bat reserves the right to revise, change, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via a notification on the platform or by email.
